Just gave them a call. They said due to volatility, system issues, pricing issues, and bunch of other things, we could not close your position — even though I had both TP set and had many manual attempts to close it. After some back and forth,, and talking to 3 people, they ended up offering like 70% of the profit. I just took it. Wasn’t in the mood to negotiate more. It was an SPX call after the early morning dip. I wasn’t even aware of the news when I opened them.
