    Hairy, the structure may be complex but this still affects values on the Assets sheet for the listed entity. Given the current level of operations and market cap, IMHO it's a material amount.

    So if payment is not received in the expected timeframe, mgt should commence proceedings and look to account under 'bad debt' provisions.
