I will have a listen to It tonight, but he is shooting himself in the foot Everytime he makes a deadline. 6-8weeks before and nothing, but when these deadlines get missed the sp gets damaged and it gives people extra ammo.

If Don is actually the main guy for CCC he should be offloading Pete and JB because they cannot put in a 38hr week with CCC, but are getting paid as if they where.
