    I'll be very interested to hear what the board response is at the AGM. The comments infer that the buyer is still interested and is having trouble sending the money. Rubbish, either they have backed out or can't afford it.

    A bank guarantee should have a time limit, and a bank guarantee allows the bank to call in the companies assets to meet the obligation

    Maybe CCC's SA lawyers locked them in the safe and forgot the combination

    I don't agree with a lot of the conspiracy theories on HC, but this transaction stinks really bad

    The announcement from May 2011 said only approval from dept of minerals was required...
