I believe more pieces of the puzzle will emerge when the World Bank report is received, with:
(a) a recommended tariff for the Kuth/UNELCO power purchase agreement, and
(b) recommendations allowing the participation and detailing of international bank funding.
Both of these would obviously in turn have a bearing on any potential JV participants.
