I tried vaping to displace my smokes..... it wasn't very helpful. the nicotine was not the real deal and so the withdrawal symptoms kept coming in waves. certainly the synthetic nicotine had an effect and lodged in the brain receptors to trigger a nicotine response, but it was just as addictive without helping me to eliminate ciggies.
I've since been using the expensive J&J "Nicorette" spray and have significant success at keeping the nagging and overwhelming craving for a smoke at bay.
Vapes have their own help issues related to the glycerine and other chemicals which makes vapes attractive.
worst of all is when the vape brew contains Vit E oil which is recorded as the cause of the severe lung disease we learned about in '20/21.
the evidence of uptake by children is extremely worrying.
