Lesson learnt for me , don't celebrate with a cigar.

If anyone is thinking about giving up , you'll have to disassociate yourself with friends etc (temporarily) who do smoke , to give yourself the best possible chance.

Had my last smoke while wife ( ex ) was parking car.

Went in for knee op. and haven't smoked for 3 years and 7 months.

I'd PLANNED (months ahead), on giving up on this day, so made it fairly easy.

From 3 pkts. a day to zilch.
