Giving up smoking is easy to do , first , you have to want to give up , until then , you're kidding yourself.
I purchased all the goodies to give up , made myself a little kit , patches , some sort of pill (chewable) , and chewing gum , read somewhere that the nicotine would be out of my body in 24 hours , so , gave myself a 8 hour head start by sleeping , chewed half a chewing gum for the next 16 hours , and I was officially a non smoker.
Passed on the remainder of the kit gleefully to a friend .
I remember the funny old joke ; "Giving up smoking is easy to do , I've done it 100's of time. "
