I imagine if you are in the right frame of mind going cold turkey may me easy, but being in the right frame of mind may be the hard part.
Last time I tried to give it up the thought of having a smoke kept coming to mind and I had to keep trying to put it out of my mind, then I thought just one, then it was just a couple a day and before long.....................
