You could record it anyway. There should be enought witnesses who can prove what has been said.

In prior years we had these discussions with Todays who went to AGMs and regularly returned with his exuberant but unjustified enthusiasm renewed. He had been fed the usual AGM pie in the sky. I remember "3 containers per month" for instance, which of course never eventuated. Just like the "sub-lease is a non-issue" rubbish.. Years of development work and millions of shareholder dollars had to be written off! A non-issue, eh?
