Cardz you don't need to feel for me, but thanks, I'm 'just' above so all good but I wear my heart etc etc when I see some things that could/should be in place.

I'm from a corporate strategic background so when I see simple things that could be implemented and when I know they have been suggested yet disregarded I get frustrated. NUP despite a successful year drilling is where it was 12 months ago and in my mind means it is actually gone backwards or are still listening to the same advice.
