Here is Senator John Barasso's bill which, unlike most bills, is short, sweet and to the point. I'd imagine that they've done it this way to ensure that it gets passed relatively quickly. Finally, I'd say check out Centrus Energy's historical figures vs Silex for some solace. We listed within 7 months of each other, and while we are down around 19% on listing, Centrus is down 99% over the same timeframe.
