Re Tax on my Cattle they cant find.

I lodged my 2009 tax return which included assessable income of the number of shares I got (about 30,000) multiplied by the VWAP of the share swap of $0.2745 = $8,235 of assessable income.

Therefore, in 2009 I paid $3,829 tax (top Marginal Rate) on "selling" my MIS cattle project in exchange for dud shares.

Hopefully the ATO, the Receivers or Administrators will provide clarification at some future point.

Unfortuantley i did not sell the stock (should've, could've - didnt oh well)
