The report in SMH was incorrect this morning since there are at least five or six separate actions snd only one is being taken by Koh/Evans - CHM happens to have an 80% financial interest in that one.I think MMX may have a bit of a shock when they read the Evans/Koh affidavits.
And Cranswick - of course the commodity stocks are stuffed in general but even you admitted that MMX management were pretty ordinary and probably are to blame for at least 50% of your price fall. Anyway next stop is I believe the mediation so best wait for that.
