The rejuvenating cream describes itself exactly as what the psoriasis cream does. I think they changed the name and the use of medicine to get around the South Korean laws. They probably don't care about the use of cbd in products like facial creams but most likely care if it's marketed a medicine (compared to Slovenia) hence the renaming of the product and the larger market appeal

Also you're probably correct about them requesting a new formulation. We have no idea with South Korea and their laws related to cbd
