In terms of the agreement what option did they have? So they sign an agreement but then are not meant to announce it to the market. They are required to release any material information to the market. Signing the agreement meant they had to!
There are lots of focus on the negative and lots of impatience with this stock. All the information I have read that people have gathered from both varm and mxc suggests very strongly that the deal is still on.
