I though it would be fair to bring this up again for newcomers so they do not get discouraged as to why all the uncertainty and the enquiry raised by the ASX Australia.

Also to add. I doubt a multi million dollar company like MXC didn't raise these concerns with them. They probably know the financial backer but can't disclose who it is.
