Yes, I agree, usually the creditors will grab what they can in this VA situation but in this case they still have 500M+ MBN shares from their original 320M USD investment.
You would think they want to recoup at least 200M or even 150M wouldn't you???? and it will cost them probably around 20M USD (high estimate) to keep it in C&M for a year which is small change to them.......but I have been very surprise how long the nickel price has been this low.
