Am I reading this correctly ? After seeing the disaster that is the DrReddys deal we have signed up to another net revenue deal where there is probably no cap on costs?. Sheeesh - unbelievable. How about a flat per gram or per ml deal and a cap on deductible costs or any other combination as a starting point. Is a % on gross RRP the only way to beat big pharma smoke and mirrors?
"net revenue" refers to gross sales minus the cost of sales, including cost of goods sold.
Let me guess that in xx months or years a certain group of people will approach ACL and buy the yet to eventuate revenue stream just before it becomes successful?? How would we know as we have assigned it away and we have no idea of just what obligation is contracted in to be informed of progress with the platform.
I should buy shares in vaso as world demand has to increase.
