REZ has allowed until 20 February 2024 for settlement of the initial $750K for Mt McKenzie and there are no guarantees the proposed buyer will come good with their signature on the dotted line so my suspicion is people are getting nervous. So many compexities, twists and turns when it comes to decisions like these the average punter can only guess what's really going on. Three weeks to go..................
