VAT Payback and Miningcode in DRC, page-6

Corrupt officials have spend (stolen) millions...and now someone wants to redeem themselves by saying that the companies they owe the VAT to , have not paid their customs tax. Probably a load of rubbish and a court could rule on this......but is the court biased....are they corrupt too???

Look at Senegal....dumps his energy minister who wants the highest bidder to get leases....and then president gives it to TOTAL , who had the smallest bid. Who paid who????
