Yeh, I said 20 m0nths ago, circle the wagons, protect the vulnerable (aged, comorbidity), and everyone get on with the daily life of keeping the place going. Sure, place some guards, and accept that some guards will get snipped off, and some protected will perish, but more wagons will get thru in the end.
Instead, its seems, everyone must carry a plastic gun, stay huddled in fear, and believe it will save the day.
