Not sure if you're aware of this, but the vaccines have side affects which are deemed adverse. that includes sore arm, increased heart palpatations, etc.
Adverse does not mean severe. Just as getting Covid is generally considered adverse, but sometimes severe. The difference is Covid has a much higher rate of being severe, rather than the vaccine which is quite low.
