no inference can be made from results as trial is still blinded, so positive result is questionable. Suggest Vical big fail last year with DNA HSV-2 vaccine should be noted as well as well known difficulties with therapeutic DNA vaccine trials in general. Looks like no way forward. Peter Turvey had significant experience in this field.
