Don't underestimate how important the safety aspect is. If there were safety issues this trial would b over. With limited effective treatment options a slightly better than average result may still progress to p3. It great to see the 90% thing but at this point its safe. It would be heart breaking to have 100% effectiveness but everyone had worse complications than outbreaks. One step at a time.
