SC Fundamental are up for a fight. But with only 6% they'll need support.

What I don't understand is the market.

Right now there's a choice between $1 value towards sale of the company through a windup, sale of assets and distribution of cash and a merger with vaxart who has no cash but whose assets must be worth something if they were listed - the value must be better than the current 54cents.

Unless the AVIR management has burned so many bridges with fund managers that now no-one wants to know them.
