Been flying Virgin corporately for 3 years now, had one delayed flight on approx 20 per year. Much more reliable, much happier staff and better service than Qantas. Prices are competive also. Last few months have seen me struggle to have a spare seat next to me, most flights are fully booked. 12 months ago this wasn't the case. Looking at the travellers on the routes (which have been all over the place) anecdotely show 40/60 between business and leisure, so focus on business is looking up. I think their freshness rather than the stale Qantas will appeal to the younger market well into the coming years. I bought a month ago when I noticed this trend, so it should improve continuosly from here barring any worldwide catastrophies. Etihad linkup should also help. DYOR
