    VBA's Net Tangible Asset (NTA) per share is $0.84.

    In theory, that's what its equity is worth without adding anything for the goodwill of its brand or customer base.

    With such a strong brand, its hard to justify a discount to this level.

    The company is conservatively worth $1.00 per share imo. (Based on Discounted Cash Flow Analysis)
