    Things could be on the improve for VBC looking at the share price which has double from its all time lows about 8 months ago.
    This is a very thinly traded stock but the momentum looks like it's on the up after management presented a positive outlook a few months ago.
    I doubt it will get to the $1+ range it traded at 10 years ago, but I see it doubling up again from the current share price in the medium term.
    The charts show it as a Strong Buy on technical opinion as well.
