Why has ECT has yet again drawndown through fortrend (the least favorable and destructive funding option). (unless there's a back pocket wink wink with Fortrend, lest we forget such formidable thoughts).
Surly if Kos is confident that the PCVT process will be completed this week and the transfer of the first tranche of funds will be facilitated prior to Christmas (7 days and counting) then why not wait 7 days. What essential operational expenditure can't wait 7 days???. Apart from a case on Don for the Kosmas party.
VC deal being contingent of ECT securing funding to commit to its side of the deal is worth consideration as to the delays in finalising the deal.
Any thoughts??? Only my fallen of the wagon thoughts...
