vcr and htw

Hi Folks

Looks to me like both companies are supremely confident that they are right.

Clearly theres one company here that is going to lose.

Do you buy VCR at around its 12 month low on an 18 month downtrend with this patent infringement not concluded..?

Or do you buy HTW, the company thats trading well below its float of 50 cents who is defending itself and years behind VCR..?

Seems to me they are both worth watching.

As for buying?

Too many 'ifs' and 'buts' at present.
