Both companies have a product which they believe is good. Why can't both win?

VCR are close to actual sales. HTW has a long way to go.

The people dying of heart disease won't mind whose implant they receive, will they? They just need it soon.

Buying or selling either stock makes no difference to their success now. They already have the original investors money.
