you also state they have completed `exhaustive animal trials' well according to their prospectus they were not starting animal trials till early 2005, now lets assume they started animal trials on jan 1 2005 then we can safely say 76 days have passed since the start of animal trials and would you consider 76 days extensive? I think not.
