I have been analysing charts for a long time and am happy to know that there are people who are willing to buy stocks - that have for the majority have no earnings - on the basis of hope alone.

It will no doubt have not passed anybodies notice that almost every listed company that has had even a glimmer of a run from the biotech boom has taken the chance to raise as much cash as they possibly can during their period in the sun. I like to compare this to a squirrel - storing food for the long cold days ahead..

At least you will be able to take comfort in the fact that the directors of your companies will be able to make ends meet and refuel their Beemers whilst your shares are languishing doing whatever it is that they do to fill in the many years to commercial self-sufficiency.
