VCR can be revived even now as we read. They have enough cash to get across. The only requirement is to show leadership in nursing the money to survive till the BTT is approved.

That is what the present Directors of Board, CEO and the executive management team lack. Leadership. They are bent upon having their pound of flesh whether the company is alive or dead.

That is what I am proposing in my plan by replacing the present board. Provide leadership, reduce costs and nurse the remaining money each cent to last till the company hits cash flow positive with those measures.
