I own 50k shares in VCR - sold another 50k somewhere down the slippery slope. I don't own any HTW although I definetly think I should. Both companies have huge potential, one seems to be increasingly better at marketing their story and attracting the smart money.
I think it is useful to compare the two co.s as they develop - not just to barrack for one or the other (thats just dumb imo). The one thing that irks me most -is the lack of VCR director support. I reckon this is crucial in generating investor confidence/ support. There has always been a convenient excuse not to participate in SPPs / Rights issues and its just not on imo. It just fuels investor resentment as time goes on and the SP declines. The other thing of course, is PR, or lack thereof. Its a joke, and if there is someone in charge of PR, they have to go! A simple thing - the ventrassist.com website has been 'under refurbishment' for the last 6 mths and at a time when it needs all the exposure it can get!
Unfortunately can't make it to the AGM but will be following with great interest (and tight stop-loss!)
