re: no, i'm right read the prospectus. Let's get back to tin tacks here. How many people has the VCR device been tested on? What is the success rate? How many more people must the device be tested on before it is commercialised and approved by the authorities? I haven't heard any answers to the above which compel me to buy within the next 3 years.
Look at PLT if you want a comparison, they had great technology on the brink of commercialisation back in 1994.
