That is better than a very small market without Medicare's subsidy: Thoratek can barely exist now.

Look, there is a simple solution:

Watch what any Medicare approval will do to VCR's share price: I'll be adjusting my theoretical take-over price as well.

That is all the proof you need at the moment.
