re: vcr - rights issue -announcement A couple of interesting points in regards to the announcement.

1. It would appear that ABN AMRO decided not to underwrite the issue.

2. "The funds will also be applied to the investigation and potential development of alternative uses of the Company's technology."

In regards to point 2, is this plan B in case plan A doesn't succeed perhaps?
