vcr - rights issue, page-8

re: vcr - rights issue -announcement peterd, I'm pleased to say that I'm not a sophisticated investor, and I do hold VCR.

I don’t think that this raising will be filled by either sophisticated or non sophisticated investors unless a major announcement is delivered via the ASX before the close of the rights issue. The 12:1 ratio in view of the current share price is way out of the market accessibility of the normal share trader. There may be a lot of holders from MMD days but I feel that they don’t need to top up at this price. Really no point in taking the added risk.
