I agree with your comments to a point.

The VCR concept does work but all the time spent in trials will allow other companies a chance to improve the technology... by the time it's ramped up in the market an even better solution will probably be some where in the pipeline.

Anyhow, a positive move with TGA approval... I'm just not going to pay a $200m market cap... perhaps at 30c or so I'll get tempted.
