    VCR said Spooner was replaced but i would say it may be a play on words and regardless, i don't think they would have axed him. It seems he was doing a great job and it doesn't make sense to sack him at this stage of the trial process but it does make sense that he resigned and was hastily replaced by a "retired" mate of the chairman and board.
