Although no decision has been made, the last I read on this was not all that positive. Although only a journalist view, the current devices are not all that suitable to be used as a permanent procedure thus he didnt think they would go ahead with the subsidies.
If rejected, this may play into VCR's hands as hopefully if it is rejected they will look at the subsidies again when the 3G devices come to market.
