Not sure I'll be able to forecast the future, but I can tell you about VCM's past. Good technology, maybe before its time, but no money honey.

VCM have squandered their largesee in tyring to bring their technology to market. They were 'forced' to sell systems without upfront payments, electing instead to take a cut of the future returns on a per call basis. This has cost them heaps. All the money they reaped from past assets sales is almost gone, and hence the value the company has gone down dramatically.

Bad desision on my part to stay with a sinking ship, riding her down from about a $1.80. Boo-Hoo.

That said, maybe all the bad news is behind them as contining payments from systems they installed these last three years are flowing in. Will they be enough to stave off the outflow? I don't know.

On negative side, management have not a good history. On the plus side, VCM have perfected several voice payment and information systems that appear to be world class judging by thier list of clients. BUT will they be profitable going forward...... I hope so.

Any further views would be most welcome. I also sit on the fence wondering whether I should sell or buy more. Crazy No?
