I must admit it was a close call yesterday. Can't really understand that people voted 93% (or whatever it was) against the Evoworld takeover yet the Directors Motion only just passed in favour of NEN. I would have thought that with the EVO-turkeys in charge it would have been the same as an Evoworld partial takeover anyway? I know there is a lot of dissatisfaction out there with management but the vote just seems to have given them the confidence to have another go.
If they win what happens with the merger? Do they squash it, do they say yes and take the credit? How do they plan to add value without a merger?
This is becoming a joke!
