POG has risen about $35 or 3% since the NCM bid.
I saw an interview with NCM's Smith a while back and they acknowledge the full potential for the POG in years to come.
Quite difficult to value with gold being relatively volitile.
NCM is obviously bullish on gold, so just bump up the forcasts and hey presto we have a better deal.
LGL still a great stock to hold form pre-bid prices, regardless of whether the NCM deal goes through.
Now, where is this 'update'...
