yes T I’ve heard that...it’s only what Coles call veal....whatever that means to them...?
..did it differently this time as doesn’t seem to work as well with the coarser hand cut parsley and Parmesan breadcrumb mix......blended the ingredients...got the parsley nice and dry...worked a treat...
