By your very same mentality, then a Biotech company paying a royalty out of profits to a founding institution should be added to its market cap? Lol.
Should Apple's 1 Trillion MC valuation today, be actually 1.5 Trillion if it pays away half a trillion in costs or royalties?
Is Northern Stars production costs, any earn-in relationships or royalties payable added to their market cap?
I dont think you know what you are talking about to be honest.
Put it this way - if VEC comes to the point in time where it can pay $60m in profits to Fimosa, what kind of production numbers and revenue would it be pushing out? And based on that figure and producing peers, such a NST and others, what valuation do you think that would place VEC at?
And please think about this and do some excel numbers before knee jerk regurgitation.
Lets worry about paying $60m from profits, once VEC is there, and by then I dont think you would actually care. Its like paying taxes - you must be making money to pay taxes - good position to be in IMO.
