When (or if - to play devil's advocate ) the deal is finalised, the $70m circa assets WILL be placed on the Company's asset list and be attributed to the value - unless you think you can also re-create mathematics and accounting, along with your interesting valuation metrics.

Therefore, my statement is CORRECT, as this will potentially 3 bag when this occurs alone, let alone the rest of the assets, the secured debt instruments and not to mention the gold in-situ . Try harder Mate instead of trolling.
