looks a lot like AGY did on Friday. Based on your reasoning you would have stayed away - but those with FA knowledge were still buying in because they knew that it was irrational selling. And those same people were well rewarded yesterday and today - while the traders chased an entry and had to pay 30-40% more.

This is what I think will happen here. Personally I'd rather get set at 1.4-1.5c then chasing a bounce at 1.8-2c
